Motel Policies

Tariffs: Tariffs are correct at the time of publication. Peak season rates and minimum booking periods may apply. Extra charges may be levied eg for departures on public holidays. Corporate rates are available on request. All prices and conditions are subject to change.
Check In: Check in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. Early check in or late check out is by arrangement only.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of deposit for bookings cancelled 48 hours out. One nights accommodation will be charged where cancellation occurs within 48 hours of arrival. One nights accommodation will be charged where guests do not arrive and fail to notify the motel. Special conditions apply to group reservations.

Credit Card Guarantees: Where a credit card number has been supplied to guarantee a reservation, no charge will be made against the card details unless the guest fails to cancel before the advertised cancellation deadline or fails to arrive for the booked accommodation.

Changes in Reservation Term: Any change in the reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Departure earlier than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to relet the booked accommodation.

Smoking: This is a smoke free complex. If you do wish to smoke, please do so outside and away from open windows and doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

General: Visitors are permitted at the management's discretion, but visitors are not allowed to be in the complex after 10pm. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all other guests in their unit and visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts by a guest or a visitor that result in any damage to our property, any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, or the cost of replacing any missing items will be charged to the registered guest.

Overdue Accounts: All accounts are payable on departure unless prior arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to charge overdue and recovery fees on all accounts not paid by the due date.
